Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, whether bought in-store or online.  If you're not completely happy, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange most items within:

  • 28 days of purchase for in-store purchases
  • 28 days from delivery date for online orders

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or gift receipt)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift Vouchers
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Opened craft kits, edible products and earrings unless faulty

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Online Returns

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 working days after approval.
